    Plan your day at this year's Murrumbateman Field Days. It's a country experience for the whole family, held on Saturday 19 October and Sunday 20 October.

    There’ll be a lot to see over the two days including a special children's entertainment area on the Oval.

    We’ll have pony rides, horses, cattle, sheep, sheepdogs and alpacas, more than enough for kids of all ages. Discover food and wine, antique and modern farm machinery, shearing, woodchopping, live music, helicopter rides, animals and everything you never wanted to know (but need to) about snakes - necessary in the country!

    Come along to see the region’s most epic car displays, including anything with wheels, we have no boundaries.

    In conjunction with the Cervantes Arts Festival entertainment for the day will include, kids zone, freestyle motocross show, market stalls, tractor race, pop up food & beverage stalls, live music and the Chris Murphy band seeing our day out.

    The Blue Tree Project involves painting a dead tree Blue to raise awareness and inspire people to discuss that feeling blue is ok...

    Getting help is important.

    Mental Health Awareness and Suicide Prevention are prime objectives of the Blue Tree Project.

    Thanks to a local family we have a beautiful tree on a Farming Property to paint blue. Our local hardware has donated the paint. Our local tradehire has donated the use of a cherry picker.

    Locals are coming to help us paint the tree.

    I hope this is the first of many. This project is very dear to my heart as I lost my on mum to suicide 17/12/17
